Air horn

Air horn

thingiverse

I designed an air horn that I've been waiting to print for a while, but the project has yet to come together. To create the sound, you'll need to insert a balloon into the back of the body, where it will produce the noise. Make sure to print all the tubes standing upright so they end up more circular in shape. To assemble the air horn, start by printing out all the parts. Next, cut a circle from the balloon and stretch it over the end of the main body. Then screw on the cap until it's securely fastened. After that, insert the tube through the hole at the top until you can see its shape through the balloon. You might need to sand down the outside of the tube to get it to fit snugly in the hole, but make sure it remains tight against the sides of the top opening to seal properly. Finally, insert the horn bell onto the end of the tube and glue it into place.
