Print the horizontal overhang with support enabled. Print the horn and tuning pipe on a raft if desired. Alternatively, use custom settings to achieve optimal results. Set infill density to 10% for all parts and wall thickness to 5mm. Air consumption data is not provided, but it's recommended to maintain at least 1.5 bar of pressure. A thick sheet protector was used as a membrane in the prototype, resulting in a low tone. Experiment with different materials to achieve the desired sound quality. The prototype was printed using PLA material. To assemble the instrument, you'll need M5x25 Allen head screws, M5 lock nuts, and a 3/8 BSP fitting for air supply. Have fun experimenting with this project!
