This is the foundation for a very loud airhorn, which can be effortlessly expanded with a custom horn or mouthpiece. Requirements: - 2 zip ties - 1 rubber band - 1 zip loc bag (membrane) Installation: 1. Place the membrane as tightly as possible. 2. Secure the membrane to the under rim using zip ties. 3. Apply rubberbands to the upper rim as tighteners.
