Air Gripper / Air Pickergripper size needs to follow size of test piece e.g. Hoses ID & OD. Also, this concept can be used in pick & place device. This gripper can be used in leak test for hose as picture shown. Gripper body has 2 compressed air inlets (2 passages) One inlet is to fill compressed air to test piece from rear mounting, another inlet at flange side is to fill compressed air to rubber sleeve in order to expand rubber sleeve and provide gripping force to the hose.If the test piece only has one round opening end, just use one piece gripper to grip it. No need to use 2 pcs gripper like hoses.Pressure sensor is required to use in leak test to detect pressure drop when hose or other parts leaking. When testing performs in water immersed tank, leaking part can be detected by naked eyes when air bubbles coming out from hose or other parts also.
