Air Filter Spacer

Our home's ceiling-mounted air filter had an inch of movement, causing a loud noise whenever the heater started or stopped. Initially, I used paper towels as a temporary fix (as seen in a photo), but later created four small spacers that attach to the air filter's cardboard case for permanent stability and silence. The spacers were designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 and printed on a Formlabs Form 1 printer.
