Air Filter/Scrubber

Air Filter/Scrubber

thingiverse

I decided to design an air scrubber using aquarium activated charcoal to fill its body and a foam filter for the intake end. This unit will fit any 120mm fan, but you may need to use heat for assembly depending on your printer's accuracy. Assembly requires only four screws, with the rest being friction fit. I attached the fan guard with magnets, and the screens were made by setting the top and bottom to zero, perimeters to four, and infill to 25%. You might need to experiment with these settings. The filter works exceptionally well, and if it's completely filled, it should continue filtering for over a year depending on what you're trying to remove.
