Here is the air escape version of my customizable bottom-filling mold adapter designed specifically for resin casting with tight molds where air can always escape even when the nozzle fits perfectly at the mold entry point. By printing a custom-sized nozzle to reach the deepest part of your mold, you can achieve bubble-free results as the mold fills up. For maximum effectiveness, try extracting the nozzle once it's filled halfway or even when it reaches about two-thirds of its total capacity. The attached printable adapters include multiple pre-configured designs ready for immediate use.
