I've implemented a fan duct for my extruder, redirecting some of the warm exhaust air from the heat sink down and onto the printed surface. With this addition, I've noticed significantly improved fine detail and overhang success. This duct simply replaces one of the spacers in the heat sink. Print Settings: Notes: Inside walls are angled inward to ensure a smooth print without support structures. Remember to turn off any potential blockages by disabling support generation in your slicer settings.
