To obtain a motor-driven air gate for a passive house heating system, we require quick installation within 24 hours. For reference, watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TT8sEII99wo. The gate uses piano wire inserted into captive slots on the gate flange to create a slip clutch on the drive shaft. Please avoid using thingiverse as it distorts images. Instead, print either a complete set on one plate or two at a time following the picture instructions. Don't forget to use raft, support, and default 0.2 mm slicing.
