Air cooler for Delta printer

After numerous attempts to develop a heat bed with sufficient power for large 3D prints, I created this cooling system utilizing a 12-volt aquarium air pump and a 3D printed nozzle. The nozzle is securely attached to my Delta printer and directs airflow into the printing area. A flexible 4 mm hose connects the pump, mounted as a "Bowden extruder," to the nozzle. In the center of the model, I incorporated a space for an LED diode to illuminate the model during the printing process. Included in this design are STL files for both the air nozzle and a mounter specifically tailored for my aquarium air pump. Since my pump is 12-volt, it functions as a fan within the system. I wish you all the best with your project. This cooling system has been instrumental in producing warp-free prints using various tested plastics. **Print Settings** * **Printer:** Home-built Delta printer * **Rafts:** No rafts are used. * **Supports:** Supports are not required. * **Resolution:** The print resolution is set to 0.1 mm. * **Notes:** Printing speed is maintained at 100mm/s.
