UPDATE: Wall thickness specified for 0.4 mm nozzle. I modified the assembly slightly to make it easier to snap together after printing. An element for a more beautiful covering of wall openings in air conditioning installation. There was a piece for an air conditioner, but it can’t be purchased separately, so it was drawn and printed. Why HIPS was chosen: weather resistant, heat resistant, UV resistant. You can also print securely with my printer. However, HIPS needs a heated bed! I tried to design it so that the support could be easily removed. It is easier to snap together than to pull it apart. I sometimes had problems with layer adhesion, but it can also be a material defect. It can be easily glued together with instant glue (which supports gluing HIPS plastics!)
