I'm replacing my old air conditioner's condenser fan motor cover with a new custom design. The original plastic piece had snapped off at the clips, leaving me without an option to replace it anywhere. Since I couldn't find a suitable replacement, I decided to create one from scratch using Fusion 360 software and then printed it out in high-quality Priline PETG material on my Creality Ender 3 3D printer.
