Air Conception Nitro paramotor fuel primer panel
thingiverse
This is a basic panel designed for the Air Conception Nitro 200 paramotor. It holds the primer bulb and shut off valve and uses the same components as Aviator PPG, who originally designed and sells the primer system. Update 02/22/18: I received a request to design a panel that fits above the frame crossbar, so I've added this design to this posting. The panel is designed to fit in the pilot's right frame and be reachable while strapped in. The primer bulb is secured with two M3x12 screws and nuts, and the valve is press-fit and glued into place using CA super glue. If the printed part fits together perfectly, the valve should snap tightly into place. I then apply about four drops of CA super glue around the back edge of the part. So far, I've never had a loose fit on a PLA-printed part, but PETG parts might require some surface scuffing. If the valve is loose in the printed hole and spins easily, you may need to adjust your print settings. The components can be found at: 02/13/18 - I added a version of the primer bulb only by request, as well as a valve-only version. Update 02/28/18: The standard lower panel has been updated with a larger hole for the net tether to pass through without having to remove the panel to take out your net.
