Just picked up an antique Rockwell Belt/Disc sander that had a bad motor, or so I was told. Once I took it apart, I found the fan blade was broken and a piece logged into the case causing the motor to be stuck. I modeled a new one in Fusion 360 and printed in ABS with a brim for the thin blades and 100% infill. Motor now runs like new. Blade will fit any electric motor with a 5/8" double flat sided shaft and a diameter of 6-¼".
