Create a replacement filter for your small air compressor using a 1/2" NPT male threaded holder. Suitable for foam air intake filters, this design can be adapted from washable and reusable ones or cut from thick foam filter materials commonly used for air conditioners. Print the base with support and the top without raft, unless your printer lacks a heated build platform. The top features a snap-fit lid design for improved stability, reducing noise levels while maintaining similar filling time compared to original filters. This design is compatible with most 1/2" NPT small air compressors, but may not be suitable for larger models requiring more airflow. Permanently fix the lid with super glue around its lip if necessary.
