Remixed Parts for Slightly Abnormal's Amazing Air Boat Are Here! - Motor Mount v2: Specifically designed to fit stock rudder uprights while setting back the motor mount face by 5mm towards the rear of the boat, this adapter allows you to install a 2205 or 2206 motor and keep the prop line safely within the prop shroud. To further enhance safety, I'm working on designing a prop guard that can slip over the stock shroud, protecting fingers from potential harm. - Light Mount: Strategically positioned on top of the prop shroud, this mount provides a secure platform for mounting lights, strobes, or even a small camera (although vibration may pose an issue for the latter). To ensure a strong and stable installation, glue the light mount only to the prop shroud. The legs should rest on top of the rudder uprights but not be glued to them. For added convenience, I use a repeat print of the left rudder upright as a wiring channel, allowing wires to exit below the light mount legs or be routed up the leg for a sleek installation. - Lamp Mount and Lamp Base: Designed to fit in pairs at the bow of the boat, these mounts hold a 1.5W LED lamp (available in ready-made rc format). To secure the base to the boat hull, apply glue, then connect the mount and base using a 3mm screw/nut or glue. Don't forget to drill a wiring hole to route wires to the electronics box, and supply power via a suitable BEC, switched supply, or direct from a 3S LiPo battery.
