This nozzle is designed to fit the China 40W lasers, which feature a 26mm diameter aluminum cylinder that houses the lens. The nozzle's focus point can be set at 50mm or higher, allowing for optimal performance. Update: Version V006 has been released with a 6mm clearance between the nozzle and the focus point. I've tested this nozzle under intense pressure, reaching up to 45psi without any issues. With its built-in air assist system, users can effortlessly cut through 1/4" hardwood without burning or damaging the wood. Printed using a multi-layer wall design with a 0.3mm thickness, this nozzle ensures optimal airflow and heat dissipation. Print time: approximately 1 hour. Filament usage: 5161mm (approximately $0.73).
