Prusa Aire 2 offers an increased print volume of up to 190 x 190 x 100 mm due to a 234 mm lateral separation increase and a lowered heated platform by 10 mm. Robustness is enhanced with a 6 mm acrylic thickness, crosspiece reinforcement, and brimmed washer attachment point upgrades. The electronics are strategically positioned for easy wiring access, and infographics were made by PIKELO. Materials are similar to Prusa Air 1, requiring only additional screws and brimmed washers for squads and rod attachment points, respectively.
