October 24 Update: Added left sides for Raspberry Pi4 installation. June 14 Update: Struggling to print chassis parts? Print them in two parts as shown on the last screens and then glue them together - it's that easy! Modified wall mount to make it smaller. May 29 Update: - Added SKR MINI E3 version at Johnscrub48's request. Ensure compatibility with other Ender 3 stock style mainboards, such as Creality Melzi, FYSETC Cheetah E3 and others. Print at your own risk, as I don't have these mainboards. - Added wall mount to hang electronics on the side of my Ikea Stuva enclosure. - Added back side without fan hole. Remixed fiftythree33's design by making some key changes: Turned the PSU upside down. Removed the front cover and its fan from the PSU, then added a single 120mm fan rotating at a slow speed to expel air upwards from the enclosure. This eliminated the annoying sounds of small fans. Made the back cover of the case convex, allowing for more space to connect wires to the PSU. On the back of the case, I also included a mount for an optional 60mm fan - although it's not used in this version, I added a cap to keep things tidy. In place of the PSU front cover, I installed a chassis for SKR 1.3/1.4 and Raspberry Pi 3. This chassis features six attachment points for greater rigidity: four standard holes for the front cover plus two additional ones drilled by me. You might be able to get away with using just four existing holes, but I opted for extra stability. All attachment points are designed for installation of M3 threaded inserts. I also added a small removable cover for the LCD screen, perfect for printing at night. Feel free to ask any questions - and don't forget to download the Fusion 360 file!
