<h2>Upgrade Kit:</h2> <---> <i>This conversion/upgrade kit is designed to convert my MK4-Carriage from Bowden to direct extruder with e3d v6 hotend in BMG Dual Drive Style. Note: I had to reduce the print temperature by about 10°C after the conversion. <---> To find the correct length of the Bowden cable in the v6 hotend, I have designed an additional tool that allows you to cut it properly: Bowdentube_Cutting_Gauge.stl Functionality: Place on the cooling housing and cut the overhanging Bowden cable flush with the guide. <---> The project contains a firmware directory which includes Marlin 2.0.6 adapted for the MK4-Carriage Direct Drive as MBL and ABL versions.
