Ai3M Stock Spool Adapter

I needed to create a spool adapter for the printer's original spool holder, as an interim solution until I could build a proper enclosure with integrated filament storage. The adapter also had to be easily printable without any support materials. To get started, I opened the source file "cilindro" in MatterControl, which is ideal for making quick and simple edits. I then added some cone shapes to modify the flat ridges into slopes. To ensure a comfortable fit over the metal cylinder from the stock holder, I increased the inner diameter to 17mm. I experimented with a shorter version, but it was too short for my largest spool. So, I opted for a longer design at 75mm in length. This allowed the spool to turn more smoothly during printing and fit snugly over the metal cylinder.
