Ai3M filament sensor relocator - Anycubic i3 Mega
thingiverse
I wanted an as far as possible straight filament path for my printer, so I designed this relocation plate. Fits the original hole for the filament sensor of the Anycubic i3 Mega S and hooks on the 2 screws above to be securely held in place. Requires an additional M3 screw with at least 12mm length. As I'm using those popular IKEA Lack tables as a printer housing, I drilled a 10mm hole directly underneath the new filament sensor location and screwed the attached tube into it. The tube has an inner diameter of 4.1mm so fits a standard bowden tube. Update 2021-05-12: As I've added dryboxes with bowden tubes to my setup, I uploaded a new Version of the tube that is a bit shorter has a LH thread to screw it into the table and a M6 thread to screw in the bowden connector.
