The AI-Unit 30 (Аппарат АИ-30) is an effective inertial apparatus that replaces cyclones to capture fine particles of dust and gas flow efficiently. It features an internal gas-permeable surface with a developed structure for collection, accentuating the aerodynamic component vector of sedimentation and actual residence time of particles. This results in longer maintenance intervals and low operating costs, with a service life of at least 15 years. The apparatus can be used in open areas, industrial premises, or as the first stage of purification, boasting an effectiveness rate of 70-90%. It has a gas performance of up to 30,000 m3/h and a hydraulic resistance of 350 Pa. The temperature of cleaned gases is below 425°C. The OHR-1-1800-200-160 has a performance of up to 10 m3/h, with a wheel drive motor-reducer PFM-40-35, and a power of 1.1 kW. Material handling in the chute should not exceed 12 hours for a weight of 2000 ± 500 kg (depending on operating loads and dust properties). Metal pedestal and supports are conventionally not shown. Thermal insulation, if necessary, requires separate calculation and project; the reservoir installation option is selected based on the properties of the dust and gas flow, as well as the dispersion of mass.
