Human beings design sets of spacers to be used together with M12 thread rods and M12 nuts, enabling individuals to press ahead cups into bike frames (head tubes) perfectly. One spacer is designed to fit the empty 34mm head tube and center the M12 rod precisely, while two spacers are designed to center and align the ahead cups with the head tube accurately, allowing for perfect alignment and even pressing by screwing the M12 nuts onto the rod into the head tube. This setup works flawlessly. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 original MK2 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 50% is sufficient, but more can be added if necessary. Notes: Printed preferably from ABS to prevent warping of the material, which could lead to uneven pressing. Designing this project involved using FreeCAD.
