Agrippina Sculpture (Roman Statue 3D Scan)
cults3d
This is a 3D scan, courtesy of an Artec Spider, of a sculpture that pays tribute to Agrippina. The model comes equipped with both a color PLY file and an STL version. I made some modifications to the original design by smoothing out certain areas, giving it a proper orientation, and creating a flat base from scratch. The source file for this 3D model can be found at http://viewshape.com/shapes/acs9dnqh4wu#. Edit: As of September 20th, 2014, I've added a hollow version to the mix (AgrippinaHollow2Parts.zip, created with MeshMixer). This new iteration saves on material costs and allows users to fill two separate parts with plaster before gluing them together, much like the image suggests.
