The AGM-88 can also be employed on the F-16C fighter jet. BACKGROUND: The HARM missile was approved for full production in March 1983, marking a significant milestone in military technology. Jointly developed by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy, the missile has been deployed operationally throughout both services.
