Agility Jump Cup
thingiverse
This is a jump cup design that fits AKC regulations as listed here: https://images.akc.org/pdf/events/agility/0217_Equipment_Changes_Chapter_3_insert_Corrected_.pdf Related excerpt: Bar cups may be no wider than the bar, and they should have a lip that is no more than 1/8-inch higher than the support, although lips up to 1/4-inch are allowed. Bar cups may be no longer than 1 ½ inches (e.g. distance that sticks out from the upright). Jump bars must fit in the jump cups so that they follow the contour of the cup. I saw a lot of jump cup designs and pooled all of the ideas that I liked and combined them together into this design. Everything is rounded, the lip of the cup is just shy of 1/8", it does not protrude beyond 1.5", and it requires no screws to install onto 1" ID (Inner Diameter) (1.315" OD (outer diameter)). The nib that inserts into a hole in the PVC is just shy (6.25 mm vs. 6.35mm) of 1/4" diameter so it can easily slip into a 1/4" drill bit hole. The contour of the cup is for a 3/4" bar.
