The Gleaner Series 3 flex header auto header height control switch is a crucial component used on L, M, and R headers. This part can be sourced from Agco under the part number 71322101. To replace a broken or worn out switch plastic, you'll need several components including .190" dia brass rods, phosphor bronze springs, 6-32 screws, and 8-32 screws and nuts. A 3/8" x 2.25" long fully threaded swivel bolt is also required. It's assumed that the existing hardware will be reused from a broken or worn out switch plastic. To print a replacement, use PETG or nylon with 4 perimeters, 4 top/bottom layers and at least 50% infill for added strength. Note: This design update ensures it doesn't interfere with the wobble box drive belt.
