The Agatha collection of coffee tables showcases irregular circular tops made from transparent and colorful resin sitting atop a bronze frame with staggered placement, reminiscent of wildflowers in full bloom. These table tops are crafted using a unique technique where the resin is hand-cast entirely within Draga & Aurel's laboratory in Como, Italy. By experimenting with bold color combinations and embracing any imperfections that may occur during the process, the material is layered multiple times to create fluid, deep, one-of-a-kind table tops. The bronze structure beneath is created through a traditional casting method, where molten metal is poured into a mold and allowed to solidify. A handcrafted approach ensures that each piece features a distinctive matte finish in earthy tones. As a result, the Agatha coffee tables appear organic, with an unmistakable dialogue with light.
