AG GoPro Hero3/4 Armour

Human: GoPro protection on multirotors has been something I've experimented with since breaking my first Hero3 on my mini quad. This led me to create a YouTube video showing how to modify the stock housing, which was praised and used by FPV pilots such as Metalldanny. https://youtu.be/KxhskpvpH8s I decided to design a 3D printed version, the AG GoPro Armour, featuring: lined inside with craft foam the same width as the gopro, fitting easily in gopro cages of existing mini quad frames (like the MB Epic and Hovership Zuul) protected buttons that can't be hit or pressed accidentally a standard gopro lens protector can be used Notes: use adhesive-backed craft foam to line the inside of the armour. You can use this: http://www.michaels.com/creatology-value-pack-adhesive-foam-sheets/10104248.html?productsource=PDPZ1 the gopro will fit snugly inside the armour with friction from the foam, secured with a velcro strap: you can use this: http://www.michaels.com/velcro-brand-one-wrap-straps/10218638.html#q=velcro&start=21 in some mounting scenarios, I don't use the velcro strap because the gopro cage on my mini quad will have its own velcro strap to hold the gopro (and armour) in place. on your mini quad's gopro cage frame, use craft foam to line where it meets the AG GoPro Armour for extra support and vibration dampening. because the buttons are protected inside the armour, I recommend using a stylus or other rounded pointing device to press them. when cutting the foam, stick the foam onto the armour and cut along the indents. A curved lexan scissor is great for curves, while a hole puncher works well for circles.
