Afternoon Labs Breeze Choc Stab Plates

DISCLAIMER: I was unable to get these to work as intended. Choc stabs by keebio https://docs.keeb.io/choc-stabs likely require PCB modifications to function correctly. This design will allow for them to fit using the existing Breeze stab holes but the stab stem when sitting flat on the pcb prevents the switch from fully actuating. I dream of this board getting full choc stab support because as is with the default plates, the 2u keycap made actuation slightly less reliable. Once I got the tactile sunset switches, due to the tactile bump this issue with exemplified when not actuating at the center of the switch which isn't comfortable with my hands. So I grabbed the hole cut out designs from keebio using http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/ then fit them in using Kicad. The choc stab bar holder sits lower then the rest of the profile so it has to fit into the larger of the two cherry stab PCB holes which were on the outside (I think it is flipped from traditional). So I had to tweak the placement of the stabs to be closer to the edge. Now I got it to fit but due to the issues above they don't actually work. I tried to make custom cherry stem holders for my work louder keycaps but couldn't get the height right enough to make it work. I would likely need to customize the cherry stem holder as well as the choc stem length to work but that is outside of my capabilities. As for existing choc 2u keycaps with stab holes, it won't work either since the pcb hole placement required me to move the choc stabs themselves so they won't line up with the cap anymore. Cherry Stab Adapters: I uploaded what I was trying to support my work louder keycaps which don't have cherry stem holes. My fusion 360 skills suck so I cut these off of an exisiting stl cap and the units are messed up. I print at: X-9.4%, Y-9.4%, and Z-10% to provide a snug fit while keeping the height. Then I attempted to put super glue on the bottom to glue it to the bottom of the keycap. It worked but the key cap choc stem wasn't long enough to push down the key before the stab stem bottom out so it didn't work. Sorry for the kind of useless upload, but these were my findings! The plate itself does better support a switch then the supplied fr4 plate and the choc stabs do prevent the 2u key cap to tip to one side too much so it does support it in someway. If you have a way make a custom insert for the work louder keycap that has choc stem and cherry stem holes to fit I would love that!
