Based off of the XBOX 360 thumbstick (replacement) by T__K January, which stuck out too far and rubbed on the controller base when moving the stick around. I used it as a base and made some modifications to fit an Afterglow controller. The hole is slightly too large, probably .5 mm. I just took some duct tape to fillin the sides to make it a snug fit, and it's perfect. Hope someone else finds this helpful.
