Some roller shutters lack critical stops, causing them to jam inside the housing when a child applies too much force. My model only requires a self-drilling screw to secure it firmly within the shutter. To enhance stability, I added a washer at the screw head. Additionally, I filled the model to 50% capacity for increased resistance and utilized TPU material, which provides superior shock absorption compared to PLA. Printed in vertical orientation, no support material is necessary.
