Bronwyn Holloway-Smith's art project "Whisper Down The Lane" takes shape at City Gallery Wellington, New Zealand from February 24 to June 10, 2012 as part of The Obstinate Object: Contemporary New Zealand Sculpture exhibition. Throughout the show, Ant Pelosi collaborates with Holloway-Smith to create digital 3D models of select works featured in The Obstinate Object. The files for these models will be made freely available for download on Thingiverse under a Creative Commons BY-SA-NC license. Moreover, every physical work from this series can be purchased through a unique manufacture-on-demand system that utilizes advanced fabrication technologies developed in New Zealand with the help of Vik Olliver and Open Source RepRap 3D printers, as well as laser cutting methods.
