After-market Apple Charger plate fix

I've purchased several threaded apple chargers from Amazon, and they functioned flawlessly until a small plastic plate near the cable's connection point detached. Upon losing the plate, the cable began to flex excessively before eventually snapping. I'd bought multiple chargers from Amazon, and this issue seemed to occur each time, as the plates tend to fall off rapidly. So, I tried to devise a fix for it. My solution works effectively, simply clipping onto the cable like new. However, it's quite bulky and may not fit on every Apple product due to casing constraints. If I were to redesign it, I'd aim for a sleeker appearance that blends in better.
