After Cotán
sketchfab
These 3D scans originated from the Spanish masterpiece Still Life with Quince, Cabbage, Melon, and Cucumber (1602) by Juan Sánchez Cotán. The cabbage and quince were separately scanned, while the melon and cucumber were captured together on a table. I then assembled them in Maya, stretching the scan edges to fill the missing frames. This 3D model was created using photogrammetry, with numerous iPhone X photos processed in Agisoft Metashape to generate detailed models. The original painting can be found at the San Diego Museum of Art.
