28mm Afonso Henriques as both Count and King of Portugal. Both come pre-supported and unsupported. Shield is a separate part and also comes pre-supported and unsupported Son of Teresa of Leon and Henry of Burgundy. His father had died, and unhappy with the influence of his mother's new husband (or just lover i think) a Galician noble, the portuguese nobles rallied around Afonso, rovolted and defeated his mother in battle. He was now Count of Portugal. He declared independence for Portugal after defeating his cousin the King of Leon in not quite a battle but a sort of tournament of champions/knights, and became King of Portugal. He conquered Santarem and Lisbon from the Almoravids, doubling the land ruled by Portugal.
