AFM Tip Adjusted
thingiverse
Update 10/28: I tweaked the tip to slide smoothly over the surface by rounding out its end, sacrificing accuracy for clarity during demonstrations. This is Tipv3. I scaled up the AFM model to 175% of its regular size. Cura for Ultimaker and Lulzbot struggled with processing the original tip file, sometimes placing a gap between the tip and shaft or only importing part of it. To fix this, I raised the shaft slightly to ensure overlap and re-exported as an STL. The slicer worked flawlessly, producing a great print.
