The built-in FET overheats during extruder or bed operation. I've added a fan for forced air cooling, running fans on separate power supplies. Adhesive tape and 16 mm tapping screw are necessary to secure the setup. The extruder connector attachment is weak, causing contact issues that prevent temperature adjustment. The connector became loose by about 1 cm, but stabilizing it with crimping solved the problem. I've attached a tie wrap for easier connector removal. A cover is essential to protect this printer from lamination damage. A plastic bag will suffice, but visibility is compromised. I'll combine an OHP sheet with a polyethylene bag for better results, taking care not to obstruct the main board below. Heat dissipation issues are manageable with clothespins. The built-in SD card is 4 GB, and SunDisk's one was used in my printer. The SD card slot is manually soldered, varying in quality depending on the operator's proficiency. An error may occur if the soldering is defective, preventing SD card read/write functionality. In such cases, re-soldering by experts or amateur repair with a pin to deform the soldered part can resolve the issue. A commercial 4 GB SD card works well after purchase and stabbing. FAT16 format is recommended. Once height adjustment is done, data is recorded on the SD card. My trial and error indicates that an 8GB SD card functions without issues, but a 32GB SD card is prone to errors and may not work. The last picture demonstrates a secure bed setup that prevents it from coming down.
