For Misumi SSEB13-420 integrated carriages, use 8mm M3 bolts for attachment. Attached magnet inserts are designed for Magcraft's 1/2" ring magnets. Simplified shrouds assist in pouring epoxy onto a 1/2" ball set without mess, ensuring a single-pass process. Arm spacing is identical to Aerostock carriage design. The effector has been modified to accommodate a QUBD minimalist extruder and its default mount plate with minor adjustments. Included for completeness is an untidy test of the latter. To install the magnets, apply superglue and then paint acetone on shroud's mating surfaces and magnet face. Position the shroud over the magnet, ensuring the thick part is up top. After drying, apply a light smear of JBWeld epoxy on the ball seat and insert a 1/2" ball bearing wrapped in plastic wrap. Wait for the epoxy to cure before gently twisting the ball with pliers and removing it, using another small stack of magnets for assistance in extraction.
