AeroShield
thingiverse
Aerobatic Imagery and Press Play are generously donating all face shields they produce to local hospitals in Boulder, Denver, and Metro areas. This project is currently self-funded, with proceeds going directly towards keeping products donation-based for medical workers and hospitals. The 3D-printed headbands utilize a sanitizable material that can be effectively cleaned using alcohol or bleaching techniques. The clear shield material is simply a transparency film or clear binding cover available at office supply stores. This material is easily punched into standard 3-hole holes and snapped onto the headpiece, allowing for multiple sheets to provide a "tear-away" feature. Aerobatic Imagery and Press Play from Boulder, Colorado are behind this initiative.
