AeroPress to Klean Kanteen / Mason Jar adapter This adapter enables me to use my areopress with a wide mouth Klean Kanteen thermos. You can also utilize it with a Mason Jar. Additional items needed Gasket I purchased a blender gasket from the hardware store for 50 cents. Why a gasket? The gasket facilitates spreading out the force on the lip of the thermos bottle or mason jar. I was concerned that without one, I would be cutting into the plastic adapter. Use Version 2.1. I added even more vent holes for pressure release. Print Settings Printer: XYZ Da Vinci 1.0 Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: Default PLA Infill: 20% Notes: You may want to increase the infill. I believe mine is a bit too thin. Version 2.1 Use Version 2 or higher since the seal is too tight without it. How I Designed This I utilized OpenScad, measuring a Mason jar, Klean Kanteen thermos, and an AeroPress before plugging and chugging them together.
