The Aeropress hemisphere scoop is a compact and convenient tool, but I'm a person on-the-go with no time to spare. I need something that's easy to use and efficient. This scoop is perfectly sized to measure out exactly one scoop of coffee grounds, just the right amount for a full 4 cup press in my Aeropress. I prefer to use it inverted. First, I add one scoop of freshly ground coffee, followed by enough hot water at 185F to cover them completely. After a 30-second wait, I then pour in enough water to fill up the cylinder. Finally, I let it steep for another 90 seconds before pressing down to separate the grounds from the liquid.
