Aeroponic Atomizing Sprayer/Fogger Impingement Style Nozzle

This is an atomizing sprayer nozzle for a High Pressure Aeroponic system with a 1/4" MNPT thread size. Depending on the orifice size this will produce a fine fog of 5-25 micron (0.016" orifice) or 5-50 micron (0.025" orifice) @ 100PSI - 120PSI. In a true HPA system a mist/fog with droplets in the 20-50 micron range are the most readily and easily absorbed, these sprayer nozzles will achieve that. That being said, an orifice of 0.016" probably won't print because it's too small, and thus will require to be drilled out. The big chunky piece on the end with the hole in it is a drill guide to allow a #78 or #72 drill bit to drill an absolutely straight and on center hole for the water to hit the pin perfectly. The inside is also cone shaped to allow a nice point to get the drill centered. If the hole is not drilled perfectly straight the jet of water leaving the orifice won't produce the proper spray pattern and won't properly atomize the water. I have tested these sprayers with holes that have been drilled dead-center and the mist that's produced is near perfectly uniform and atomized. The dome tip model will produce a more conical spray pattern, where the regular version with the flat tip will produce a flatter spray pattern. The guide was designed specifically for these drill bits. ORDER MULTIPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER FRAGILE AND WILL BREAK IF YOU AREN'T VERY GENTLE. They do however have very well crafted cutting edges so they cut 3D printer resin with very little effort and practically pull themselves through the hole they're drilling.
