My weight reaches 110 kg on good days. I knew it wouldn't end well. And then my chair Aeron burst the side bushing of the seat attachment. At first I cried, then I decided to print it. If you send some money for beer, then you won't have to cry - because you will have this model. To repair the Herman Miller Aeron chair, you will need to replace the original seat bolt with the following (picture 4): Bolt thread diameter: 3/8 " Turns per inch: 16 TPI Thread length: 1.25 inches ( 31.75 mm) Head diameter: ~ 16.5 mm Head length: ~ 5 mm I bought here 3-8 16 x1-0.25(5pcs) It is important to choose this particular product name: 3-8 16 x1-0.25(5pcs) Print the model as I placed it. Please note this is an exact copy of the original and therefore I decided to place one sphere inside the other (picture 3 is a sectional detail). After printing, screw the bolt into the thread and the sphere inside should separate - when you lightly tap the head of the bolt. The bushing is pressed into the chair with some effort, thereby the sphere of the ball is compressed and works well. But you can inject some silicone grease. Update 11/15/2022: My friend asked me to work on a separate model for the ABS filament, due to more shrinkage and sticking of the plastic - I deepened the threads and pushed the spherical parts apart. Update 07/07/2022: Added microbevel on the side ribs for better mounting. Now there are two models and they are signed as: Aeron_spherical_bushing_mount_ABS_ONLY Aeron_spherical_bushing_mount_PLA_PETG
