Very useful for holding Rockwool to be used as a seed starter in an Aerogarden. I like to use the Aerogarden to start seeds plants to eventually be moved outdoors. I added the light cover to reduce algae and mold growth. It's split in two pieces and very light so the growing plant can push it open as needed. Also included is a blank cap that can be used to cover any unused openings to reduce algae growth in the water.
