Aerodynamic cooler for Tronxy x5s and Ender 3

This is a precision-crafted component cooler and extruder cooler, expertly designed for seamless integration with both Ender 3 and Tronxy x5s printers. The identical cooling system fits securely onto its individual mounting plate, eliminating the need for multiple configurations. Using advanced simulation techniques with ANSYS, the cooling channel was meticulously optimized to ensure exceptional airflow. To determine the ideal fan performance, two distinct scenarios were explored: one featuring a Noctua fan at 6.6 m³/h and another at 8.2m³/h. Both versions yielded outstanding results, providing optimal component cooling and an impressively well-cooled extruder. When printing with 100% infill, the cooler requires approximately 6 hours to complete, while the mounting plate finishes in about 1 hour.
