Create Your Own Aero Props Step 1: Heat Water to the Right Temperature Get a pot of water hot, and we mean really hot - about 65°C or 150°F. Step 2: Prepare the Flat Aero Prop Take a bamboo skewer and stick it into your flat aero prop. This will help you create the curved shape. Step 3: Assemble the Molds Now, place your aero prop in between two molds. These molds are what will give your prop its unique shape. Step 4: Heat Up Each Side of the Mold Take each side of the mold and submerge it into the hot water for a few seconds. This will help the bamboo prop take on the shape of the mold. Step 5: Close the Molds and Soak Close the molds completely and let them soak in the hot water for a few more seconds. Step 6: Remove the Curved Aero Prop Take the curved aero prop out of the molds and admire your handiwork! Step 7: Trim the Bamboo Skewer Use the top mold as a guide to cut off the bamboo skewer at the right length. This will help you create a smooth, even edge. Step 8: Enjoy Your Handmade Aero Prop Congratulations! You now have a beautiful, handmade aero prop that's all your own. Have fun flying it around and showing it off to your friends.
