I recently purchased an Aero Bounty Elite Artisan that came with a seed starter accessory, which required disassembling the water pump assembly from the main unit to attach it to the seed starter tray. Made of injection molded plastic, these parts are secured by removable tabs that concern me as they may break over time due to frequent removal and reinstallation when switching between seed starting and plant growing. To address this issue, I discovered three printable files: a combined "Unit" file that requires supports, and two separated "base" and "tower" files without supports. These parts should fit together seamlessly. Given the urgency of finding a quick solution to this problem, I decided to modify the tower assembly by shortening it to fit just below the spring tabs. This design eliminates the need for tab capture holes, allowing the unit to sit on top of the water pump platform without any additional modifications.
