Aero bike arm rests

These are for arm rests for Time Trial bike. Print the plastic then heat in water and mould to your arm. Then put two layers of carbon fibre on the outside of the arm (you could possibly remove the plastic but I retained for additional strength. You can add more layers and fibre glass but two layers of carbon fibre is all you need if you are worried about weight. Cut the length of the arm rests to your preference. Drill holes to mount to aero bars. Sand and then spray with a clear gloss if you like the carbon fibre look or spray paint your preferred colour. Use a nice thick foam yoga pat for the inside cushioning and Velcro tape so you can easily remove if you need to adjust the position of the arm rests. These are very comfortable, increased control and give you lots of support.
